CARD PERSONALISATION
All our cards can be personalised to meet your requirements. Send us an email at creativex@gmail.com and we will reply to your queries ASAP.

There may be cards that you like in specific categories that can be re-designed to suit other occasions if you so require. We have a variety of card colours to choose from.

DESIGN INFORMATION
All our cards are handcrafted from Making Memories acid-free cardstocks. Most card designs have 3D embellishments which are all archival safe. Your cards will last a lifetime!

Materials include patterned papers, exquisite ribbons, stamps, alphabet beads, eyelets, brads, twill to name a few. Each card has been carefully composed to suit your individual tastes!

We can customise according to your preference. Please do not hesitate to email us and let us know the kind of design that you are looking for and we will do our best to find the perfect design just for you!

Unless specified, all our cards are A5 size (21cmx14.5cm).

At this time, all envelopes supplied with the cards are white in colour.

PRICING AND ORDER INFORMATION
We strive to deliver high-quality handcrafted cards at affordable prices. Each set (card plus envelope) ranges from NZ$4.99-NZ$5.99. Card prices can go higher or lower depending on the design and materials used.

To order, please email us at creativex@gmail.com or phone +6421 1890028. If ordering by email, please include the following information: your name, address, contact number, design name, colour preference and details of the quantity you require. If colours preferred are not available, we will inform you via email.

Upon receiving your email, we will acknowledge your order by email and confirm items ordered plus total cost.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship within New Zealand and selected international destinations. Please contact us for further details.

Domestic shipping:
Orders that fit A4 and A5 envelopes - NZ$1.25
Orders that do not fit A4 and A5 envelopes are shipped depending on weight:
For parcel with weight 1.5 kg and below: NZ$4.75
Free shipping for all domestic orders NZ$50 and over.

International shipping:
Cost of shipping is dependent on weight. Please email us for a quote.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
For orders within New Zealand, payment can made via direct deposit to our ANZ bank account, details of which will be provided after an order is made.

For international orders, we accept payment through paypal (www.paypal.com) or through money order. We also have a US bank account for payments of orders from USA.
